I applied in April 08, received AOR in June 08 and till today have not heard anything. I submitted all documents at once through Buffalo along with a job sponsor. Should I be worried since I have not yet been called for medical. I live in LA. It is now 11 months since I received AOR. On the tracker I see people who received AOR around the same time as me received medical request in Nov and Dec of 2008 and some already got approved. Is this normal or should I be worried. I placed a CAIP request but have not yet received anything.
Any comments would be appreciated. Thanks.
With AEO and after new ministerial instructions, i think its really bit longer. Which NOC have you applied? was that included new 38 list? I think you should wait for CAIP, thing will be clear once you recieved your CAIP reporte.
Thanks for your reply. I applied with job sponsor as a Business Analyst so I am not sure where it falls under the new rules. I guess I have to wait for the CAIP to see the details. thanx
It doesn't seem normal. I applied in March 08, profession was on the list and I did my medicals 2 months ago. Hopefully with your CAIPS notes you can get an answer of what is happening.
