I am a permanent resident of Canada right now. I got married in September 2017. I applied for express entry pool in January 2015. me and my wife are living togather since August 2014 and we were friends for a while. I proposed her in November 2016 I got my ITA in December 2016 and I landed as single in July 2017.

I want to sponsor her now will it be a problem because I landed as a single??

Yes - it's a very big problem. You can never sponsor her because you failed to declare her in your PR application as your common law partner.

As explained previously, if she wants to come to Canada she will need to qualify to immigrate on her own through an economic immigration stream like Express Entry. Again, you can never sponsor her.
