My boyfriend voilated his study permit in usa and over stayed for a couple of days after his study visa expired. Then he left the country and came back to india which is his country of origin.
He stayed there for an year. And then applied as a visitor in canada. He started to work here illegally and his entry was till the 21st of december but he overstayed here too till jan 14th.
And tried to go back to usa but at the canadian airport they detained him and he is probably going to be deported.
Is there a way he could come back

He should forget about applying for a visitor visa, study permit or work permit. Given his immigration history and violations - all of these are going to be refused.

His only hope would be to apply to immigrate - if he qualifies.
