Help! Work Reference Letter

I asked my employer for a reference letter and I was given a "Salary Certificate" that is printed on company letterhead and has all the information requested by CIC except main responsibilities and duties. This document was signed by the HR Director.

I was also given a "Position Description" that is not on company letterhead but was signed and sealed by HR Director and my direct supervisor.

I would like to hear from experts and also from successful applicants especially those who were employed in the GCC region.
