Help on BSF186 (B4) personal effects accounting document after landing.

I didn't fill BSF186/B4 at the time of my SOFT landing back in August 2017. I have visited Canada 2 or 3 times after that for very short duration ( max 2 days). Last visit was December 30, 2017 ( for 2 days)

Now I am planning to permanently settle in Canada Starting February 2018. Can I still fill a BSF 186 and avoid customs for my car( exporting out of US)? I feel stupid for not doing it at time of landing as I was planning not to take it but now financial situation changed drastically .

Does anyone know if B4/B186 can be filled after a soft landing? Please advise

FYI, I am done with soft landing and told CBSA agents that I do not want to get my GTA and GTF stamped at this time. I will get those stamped when I am ready to move to Canada.

Did you fill the GTA form when you when you went to settle permanently. Did any officer ask you why it wasn't filled earlier

Can you tell me what would be the procedure to export the car from USA to Canada? Also if there's any link already please do let me know.
