Help needed in filling up PR Renewal form

In column 21 for Travel History, their are just 6 rows available.

I have about 30+ trips, i know i can attach an extra sheet of paper. But my question how to do it

1. Should I fill these 6 lines and then attach the extra sheet for rest of 24+ lines
2. Should I fill these 6 lines and then attach the extra sheet for all 30+ lines
3. Leave these lines blank and just attach extra sheet for all 30+ lines.

Then another question
In subtotal of Total Number of Days, should i enter just the total number of days I was absent during last 5 years or just sum of 6 lines .

And Last question in what order should these dates be entered: Ascending or Descending?
