Does anyone has a DL extract/Experience sample letter. I got from Haryana (India) and here the authorities rejected it stating it doesnt follow the format. Some other person might have submitted in a different format (hence mine is rejected).
I requested them for the format but they didnt show, hence requesting if anyone can provide me with the format.
(Though i see one format floating around not sure if that is the correct one).

Just to clarify.... This dl extract will work in Canada if your name is same as in the passport. If not, get your driving licence updated before you order a copy... Use same website to navigate for different services.
I have an Indian DL valid since 2006 however it is not the modern chip enabled one. When I reached out to RTO from here, they said they can't give me an extract since I first need to get a chip enabled DL - which means atleast a year before I can go back and do the whole process.
I wanted advise if the affidavit from CGI would suffice instead to get a G2? Can anyone please guide?

Try parivahan website... You can order a license from there... They will provide updated license.... Normally it takes 3-4 weeks if there is no change in license details .. You might have to visit them for first German prints and photo. But that's your best bet. If you are leaving early for landing, just complete the procedure and ask someone to ship it to you in Canada after you land. Or... Catch hold of an agent in your Indian rto area and explore your options if you are already in Canada.
Regarding affidavit from cgi, call registry people in Canada to confirm before going down on that road. Best luck.

Can anyone please send me a scanned copy of their RTO driving experience/driving absttract letter? My email id is suman1.saha1@gmail.com. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
Check 'Driving license history sheet' and fill in the required details.
Book an appointment and go to the RTO from where you got your license. They would provide you with the driving license history sheet.

History sheet has more or less the same details as in the certificate you are referring to.
In addition it has cancellation/suspension details if any which I think is required.
I am trying to get a DL Extract from the Parivahan website and have applied for one online around 2.5 weeks ago. I have a card based license, so my details showed up and I paid the fees for the extract. Since then it has been under the "Application is under processing at RTO Level." staus
Is there anything else I need to do? It did not ask me for an appointment and the Print Form option also doesn't work. Just says "Miscellaneous data found"
