HELP! Changing universities - unable to find an answer anywhere.

Quick background:
1) I completed my first program in Canada from Sept 2021-Apr 2022 (8 months)
2) I got accepted into my second program from Sept 2022-Apr 2023 (8 months)
3) I also used that acceptance to get my study permit extended
4) Switched universities and applied for DLI transfer via GCKEY

How long does it take? I can't find an approximate processing time for DLI transfer requests, or any way to check the status.

Also will I get a new study permit now? I'm quite lost because no one seems to know.

Why not you try calling the IRCC office in the province you're at and check?
