Good day and Ramadan Mubarak,

If I get the study permit based on LOA from DLI starting in September intake and located in Manitoba, can I transfer the DLI TO another DLI located in Alberta and starting in January 2019?

And for your information, I hold a bachelor degree , the first course is Advanced diploma and the second course which I will be trasferring to will be applied degree (Bachelor 2 years )
The first DLI is only 8 months.

Will transferring process will be applicable before landing and under these conditions?
