nylalisa, i tried to call the no. u gave me, it g :-Xves optionbs to press no. but as i press 2 :-Xts says 2 :-Xis not a valid option :'(

Here is the routin 00-1 613 944 4000 (for an agent: options 1,2,1,2,1 ... then 0 to skip the message) Make sure you are phoning when the Call Centre is open.

If its too busy (so many callers), it will hang up on you. So you have to keep trying til u get an agent or they tell you, that you are in queue to speak to someone.

This is all the info I have, other option is if ur spouse is in Canada have him call the 1-888 number i told you during same hours (open time) and he can ask
all the questions...

Please help me, I also made the same mistake you made in your forms. I applied for my parents visitor visa in 2011 and visa was refused but while filling form IMM 5669, accidently I tick 'No' in this column

' been refused refugee status, an immigrant or permanent resident visa (including a Certificat de sélection du Québec (CSQ) or application to the
Provincial Nominee Program) or visitor or temporary resident visa, to Canada or any other country?'.

Please suggest me what should I do. Now my file is moved to India and they are demanding the updated IMM 5669 from, right now I am ticking yes but for sure they will ask me that why in the past you tick 'no'. I am stressed. If anyone had this experience please share with me.

Hi,

i just enter no "yes" that i have provided the biometrics
but it was by mistake i had to choose "no" for that.
What am i supposed to do now.?
