My process of Permanent Residence is now at the stage where I have to to pay Right of Permanent Residence Fee.
I lived in Canada for 18 months. When I submitted my application to Detroit I was living in Canada. After 6 months of that I moved back to my home country (Ecuador).
I am now in Ecuador and my question is: could I pay this RPRF fee at a bank in Ecuador? and what form of payment is the right one from here? Of course I will make it payable to the "Canadian Consulate General", but from Ecuador.
