My PR visa is being processed in Detroit. I applied in Canada a year ago, I am now in Ecuador.
I have to pay the RPRF now. But since I am outside of Canada/USA. I am confused about where and how to pay the fee.
What if I send it as money order through Western Union? Would that be a valid payment option for Canadian Consulate in Detroit?
Please help me with this. I'd appreciate any suggestions or opinions.
