Have crs score of 413, but website keeps saying i'm ineligible

Hi I have the following yet I'm getting a message from the website saying that I'm ineligible. Does anyone know why?

IELTS score
Listening: 8.5
Reading: 9
Speaking: 7
Writing: 7.5

Bachelor's degree 4 year equivalent in STEM
2 years of work experience in STEM

You need to qualify one of the three streams first. I suggest you to start reading in details about Express Entry first:

It has to do with either how you're entering your language scores or your work experience.

Make sure you answer the hours worked per week question correctly as plenty of people make a mistake there.

I tried to fill out the profile again and got the same message.

Btw, I got my Bachelors degree evaluated by WES.

I'm 26 yrs old with 2 yrs of work exp in the US.
I'm single and never been married.

So for CEC, I need to have worked in Canada?
For FSW, do I need to have worked continuously for at least one year?

Yes, for CEC you need a year of Canadian work experience within the past 3 years.

For FSW you need at least a year of full-time continuous skilled work experience within the past 10 years.
