HELP- Ineligible for express entry with CRS 413?

Hi all. First post here. I am a single male trying to apply for express entry. I calculated my CRS score on the CIC website (4 year bachelors from US, 1 year work experience NOC 1252 outside Canada, IELTS Score 8.5 in Listening and 7.5 in everything else) to be 413. However, when I create my profile and enter my details, it says I am ineligible to apply. Can someone please explain why this is the case? I'm really confused.

You need 67+ points to be eligible for EE. Is your ECA completed for your degree? Do you have one year continious work experience?

Hi thanks for replying. Yes ECA is completed via WES. I do have one year of continuous work experience as well.

But do you have 67 points?

I think you only have 66 points because you don't have enough work experience.

Hi. You are right. I was told by an agent that 1 year work Ex was enough. I guess he only told me half the story. Makes sense why so many people are against consulting agents!
