Your documents back from consulate are just translated or you paid the 176$ each for your documents ? Not sure if the stamp you talk is for translation or for final payment and approval ? they wont stamp for approval unless they've been authenticated by Foreign Affairs in Ottawa first.
I think it's always safer to contact the notary and sent by fax or email all your documents and ask the notary if you are ok with your documents. That way, you won't have any surprises when you'll go there.
Thank u for your help I received the documents on friday and stayed up til 3am reading all the posts here just to see if I had missed anything regarding these documents. I have already spent more than a 100 on mailing fees back and forth. I will contact the Notary in Holguin Monday and send copies. Thank u for your help

It helped me a lot. Without this website and people here, it would have been very hard, but we walked this road before, so if I can help again, please ask !
If you have all your papers and the notary tells you its ok, you'll be well on your way. If you plan to send your application for Visa after wedding, make sure
your have everything when you'll come back from wedding.
All the best, dont give up, exciting times ahead !
