and of course no gps system because that requires power...and they travel at night following the stars...so if they make it through the bermuda triangle and don't land up in the twilight zone it should be arriving shortly.....if they are not lost..or my box didn't sink because the canoe was taking on water and they had to throw it over to lessen the weight.....
Not to freak anyone out...but did you hear about that story from last year when Immigration accidentally mailed a box of applications to some guys house?!!! Of course they were all Cuba applicants!

Meantime, here's hoping that the Cuban National Assembly finally loosens up travel restrictions (as promised almost a year ago) during their meeting this week. Slim chance, but fingers, toes and eyes crossed nonetheless...

well not good news lambchop.....according to the press release that promies is "still in the works"....they announced more co-operative business ventures but unless they announce something on July 26th.....they haven't changed anything yet :'(
They pron won't change anything. And if they do they will get rid of the exit visas but charge $500cuc for something else. No worries, Castro brothers will not forget about that income....
Knowing my luck they'll change the exit visa rule the day my husband gets his exit visa...and then he'll have to wait around to get something else. I hope they make the change...but wait until after Aug 3 to do it just to be safe ;D
I don't think there is going to be any changes with respect to the exit permits....will leave as is until they figure a way out to do less and charge more like shuster said......so don't worry!!! August 3rd....that is so close!!!!!
