If it is status enquiry, it does not matter. Call center already told you that file is awaiting final review. Even if you sent email to Niagara, you would get the same response. You are almost there. Once an officer gives you final approval, you will get a link to supply your address, upload pics and download COPR.
Hi All,
I am new in this forum.
I am refused refugee claimant, applied for H&C in July 2020, AOR in September 2020 and my file turned in process in April 2020 and since then we haven’t heard back from them.
Currently I’m looking for a new lawyer as I am facing very hard time with the immigration consultant that we regrettably hired and I would be appreciated for any recommendation for an expert and honest lawyer anywhere in Greater Toronto area.

Guys, just out of curiosity: the officers process lots of applications at the same time? Or just one case is analyzed per time? Just trying to understand how the work is done.

officers processed files meaning one officer process for example 10 files, all application when you can see in GCMS notes there is so called section DUE DATE thats the day the officer will look the application again and or early than the date indicate, depends on the circumstances of the applicant.

meaning the DUE DATE of your background is 7/30/2021, however the agency body that does the background check probably did not finished the assessment yet thats why your background has lapsed. Background check depends how RCMP or police can verify your backgrounds.
