Processing times are different for each application. However it seems most people are receiving first stage approval sometime between 2-3 years.

How long take process time answers?

No one knows how long will take based on our experience it will take at lest 24 months to get firsts an answer could be positive if you lucky or could be negative

I know that feeling.This application can take a toll on your mental health.The crazy thing is,H&C really don’t have a fixed timeline.Some have received first stage approval in 12-24 months.There’s someone in a different forum who got AIP after 40 months(now that’s crazy).Honestly,try to get busy so you’re not thinking a lot about it.I know it’s easier said than done but stressing over this won’t help.Remember! Life has no duplicate.Best of luck

From what I see on this forum: between 2 to 3 years. The official processing time is 29 months. I would assume this is the average estimated time for the whole process; the AIP (if lucky) should come earlier. But as you see from other people's answers, each case is different, so no really strict rules.

After you get Aip you can apply for an open work permit id card medical social insurance it's almost like PR
The importance is Aip after that life is easy
