thanks Kadija. am still waiting for my PPR, got my AIP in January 31 2018, med request April 2018. Since June 2018 all i see is Medical received". Since then have been waiting. Have you also done your medicals and waiting?? if so when did you do your medicals??

ok when u are in canada they do not ask you to send them ur passport maybe ur bio page passport request is for people outside that needs a visa stamp to enter canada right now ur background check is mayb in process thats the deal breaker takes forever

My question is, I am planing to apply for H&C so I would like to know my Negative refugee claim decision will effect my H&C file or not.

Unless you have children, you can’t apply for H&C for 1 year after a negative refugee finding.

Hello, You need to know that Immigration Agent have acces to all your immigration files, so he/she can easily know the reason of your claim and the reason of denial.

And the refugee claim denial is not supposed to affect your H&C app negatively, unless the past denial was based on misrepresentation.
