Hi Sanjida, I'm sorry about that. In any immigration program you have to convince officer to approuve your application and on H&C it's even more difficult because mostly we didn't have much to offer in exchange yet, unlike skilled worker streams, etc.

With misrepresentation, the problem is that it's will be very difficult to convience any officer, unless you have a good lawyer that can firstly solve misreprensentation problem. And I heard that with misrepresentation you have 5 years ban where you can't apply for any immigration stream.

Please if you don't have any conultant or lawyer start looking for a good one in your area to advise you properly and tell you if you can apply or if there are any other way to make it work for you.
