Hello, I became undocumented since 2015, recently I would like to submit PR application through H&C ground. I have no criminal history and I still file income tax since the year 2012 with my expired SIN 9. Would this submission highly increase the chance of receiving a PRRA letter?

Are you in removal proceedings? Has CBSA offered PRRA to you?

Filing income taxes would have nothing to do with whether PRRA is approved or not.

One of my fam got refused how she can request to reconsideration? How is the process? What she has to provide for reconsideration?
On decision letter stated :-
All factors that you cited on your application were considered. An officer determined they are not sufficient for you t to be granted an exemption.
