15th month ongoing since submission of my H&C application. No progress at all except AOR. just sitting and hoping for best! Its tough though! Just checked yesterday and criminality is in progress, nothing else is started as per agent.

Yeah I called them! I think agent on call are not 100% sure all the time. She was saying as the biometrics were received so criminality is in progress however nothing else is started. It seems to me she is guessing

Is it good idea if I keep on updating my employment status on h & c. Last time I did it was 2 month ago but was part time. Now that i got full time should I update it with file. Will it make any difference in the application

It is a good idea to update your file with the most recent development.

One of my fam got refused how she can request to reconsideration? How is the process? What she has to provide for reconsideration?
On decision letter stated :-
All factors that you cited on your application were considered. An officer determined they are not sufficient for you t to be granted an exemption.

is easy to reconsideration?

That is so sad. She should definitely apply for reconsideration. How long has she been established in Canada?
