First request a refusal letter In order to find out the detailed reasons the officer has used as grounds for the refusal.

Sadly not everyone can remain in Canada and many are refused H&C. You need to assess your options in and outside Canada. Impossible to comment without knowing your background. Some need to leave Canada to attempt to qualify to return.

Apply for reconsideration,tell your lawyer to find the refusal reasons and provide counter arguments for each refusal reasons,if your application is very strong and you still got a refusal,go for Judicial review,

if that does not work,reapply/submit a fresh application

I’m loosing hope again, I saw the the light at the end of tunnel and the tunnel never ends, 30th October address confirmation email and since then it’s silent - 7 months since AIP and counting -

anyone received any update after AIP and after address confirmation—————Mr. Nice guy anything? Anyone received any any good news from July 2023 AIP?
