Normal processing time is 27 months,did you try involving local MP/lawyer?did IRCC said anything like why its taking so long?

Are you in Quebec?. If not, probably your application is flagged as non-routine/complex application. Your file has far exceeded normal processing time 21 months. I suggest you to call IRCC and hopefully you speak to senior agent who can put urgent note on your file. If this turn out unsuccessful, then the only option left is to file order of mandamus.

No I didn’t but after this holiday seasons I will involve local mp

No outside Quebec. I called ircc several times but nothing come out of it. But I will involve mp before I file mandamus

My AIP is from July 23, sent the requested documents on August 2

After that....no update.

AIP in Sep! Got email last week to confirm my residential address in Canada but not sure if it is called Portal email or not. No update than this since AIP except medical request in October.
