my notes say case is assigned to officer, criminality passed, recently I found out from rep that Security started dont know about eligibility… I didnt see movement on GCMS notes my case is also sitting

You definitely cannot do this with an H&C application. You have to apply online.

RROC is rapid response operation center in Ottawa. Based on my experience with same primary and secondary office in my first application, you can expect decision regarding AIP in 12 months, maybe less than that.

No you need an ECOPR to apply for health card
