hello guys i hope you guys are all good

i applied h&c on feb 2023 today i got email from officer from niggra fall my application was submitted on vancouver i didnt have AIP ?

i had on AOR and my case was dead silent for 20 month officer asked my valid passport is this first stage or last stage or just normal question .

how come i have no aip went from vancouver to niggra fallas i hear on this fourm niggra fallas office is the final stage ?

any help i have 7 days to submit my application

i have 7 days to complete requested documents its called passport wave becouse i dont have valid passport and remember i didnt get aip i just finshed 20 month and i got niggra office email i sent my application to vancouver i had no aip is this good news agin i have no portal email my application still shows the date i submitted and it says submit but i got direct email from officer i am just bit confused

i know every case is different and system works different my lawyer was like ur on the last stage how come u went on last stage

Some overdue good news, I received my AIP today, issues since Monday Nov 4th. I applied feb 2023, till now I hadn’t hear any updates, Thank God & I’m praying for everyone else that’s waiting; your turn is coming.

What was your application number? Like 80k?

I think the officer asked you to send your passport because he wants you
to establish your identity If you are a failed refugee
your refusal grounds of refugee claimant were you failed to establish your identity
and found that the claim had no credible basis.
So now the officer wants you again to establish your identity to approve your h&c application.
Therefore send the passport waver and explain that you don't have a valid passport from your country of origin.
Do you have anything that can proof your identity like birth certificate or national ID.

Can I apply for SIN or health card with AIP?

If you are in Ontario you can apply heath card with aip.
But for SIN you need work permit.
