I have now received the long awaited email from London VO requesting for my passports for visa stamping. Thank you all for your generous help, - mostly importantly our seniors.
Like some of you may know, I had my inital PPR in Jan this year but it was so abrupt and besided our medicals were due to expire in the next two weeks. There was no way, we could have made the move to CA within the two week so I was requested to re-do the medicals again. We did these in March this year (myself, wife and 2 little ones).
I am moving to CA under code 1111/1122.
Thanks all of you guys and anyone in the waiting game, i hope you get the determination to be patient. It can be so annoying waiting and waiting. But, the "big" will come in the right timing.

On me now I dont have the exact time line of when the London VO sent me replies. I will summarise those in a few days and post them.
Has anyone been to the London Embassy to submit their passports in person? What is the experience there like? Would you recommend to post them than taking them inperson?

Firstly congratulations and hope your forward journey is smooth.
I submitted our passports in person, really straight forward, Got train to Bond Street Station (5 Minute walk from there)turn up between 2-3pm, I got there 20minutes before and had 10 in front of me and I was done by 2.20pm, only one person allowed inside and they tell you to call your file number out and hand the docs and in return they give you a raffle ticket stapled to a piece of paper giving you details of the pick up, you wait on the left side of the building when dropping and ride side when picking, they call the pick ups first and then the drop off. We chose to go in person as we knew we would get the passports back in exactly 2 weeks. Hope this helps.
