Hi guys,

I was introduced to this forum recently. Its is such a brilliant idea.

I need your advice, I submitted my medicals on the 10 Feb 2010, sent my police checks, paid my RPRP in April 2010, however, it is December now and still havent had from the London embassy on when they require my passports for visa stamping.
Reading through the forum, I can see that everyone who did their medical, had thier visas issued within at most 4 months.

I have contacted the embassy by fax and post mail and have had no response.

Please advice????? Have you had such an experience? or is the London office just slow? what do you guys advice???

James, London

Order for CAIPS.

Aparently, There might be something wrong with your security Check.Order for the caips as soon as possible

James, it's is unusual but not very unusual. I have seen some other applicants who did their medicals in Jan-Feb this year and still waiting for PPR and some just received their PPRs this month. Best thing for you would be to email CHC London on re-london-im-enquiry@international.gc.ca quoting your file number or fill in case specific enquiry form from www.cic.gc.ca

Thanks guys for your responses.

One thing i forgot to mention is that, I used a Representative from Canada. These guys seem not to be bothered that my application is taken longer than usual. can i still contact the embassy myself.??

Also, I have tried to contact the embassy my fax and post mail and had no response.

When i put my file number in the online tracking sytem, it does not return any results.

Am really geting anxious.

Hi rdk,

Just make the life miserable of your consultant. Call him daily or visit him and just scew him.

I suggest you to order CAIPS directly ( if you go thru ur consultant, he will charged you more ).

Which visa office is yours...?

Regards
Cool

Like you sent post and fax, you can certainly email CHC yourself. If you want, you can withdraw your representative at any stage and let your visa office know of that change. Send CHC London email ASAP and ask them update on your case.

Thanks.

My file was loggged at the London Embassy.

Do you know how long the CAIPS file takes to return? When i get it what happens next? Will be tell me exactly what has gone wrong and what i need to re-submitt?

Also the embassy write to me saying I wouldnt require to do an interview for my visas. They also requested for the RPRF which i paid. Do you think it could go this far and the they realise later that somethings is missing? I wouldny expect it to go all they way if there was any other info required. What do you think?

James

You have had your medicals and they won't be calling you for interview. It's just that it's good to just drop a reminder to CHC and ask them when they are sending you PPR. Like I said there are other few applicants in the same boat but to be on the safe side, drop an email.
