I called IRCC and the agent gave me an application number, which im not sure if i got it wrong because Im still not able to link it to my portal. Another thing Im not sure of is the agent kept telling me u dont need the application number because no use if it and the only thing u will see is that the application is under process..but I insisted and asked for the number either way so he finally gave it me, but as I said never worked.

Same here, it seems I cant link my application either. I called IRCC and the agent literally told me “you cannot link your first PR Card application and you only have to wait till you get your cards on mail box”!!!

OMG my photos were delivered to the Vancouver office on Mar 15, and today my application has been approved and the card has been mailed to me!
