After the verification calls to me & my employer on the 27th of Sep; there is a lack of forward momentum.
E-cas continues to show 'RBVO' and I have not received any e-mail from CHC ND regarding MR/RPRF/PP
As of now, I have been told to clear the inconsistencies in the info provided by my employer & me, by way of writing an explanation letter.
So I would be sending in the letter today.
Lets see, by the next week, I hope to have some clarity(or atleast the VO does)

Thanks for all the information you have provided to us, yours is an example that visa office can do verification checks even though the E CAs status is RBVO.

Thanks for your support and the kind thoughts guys.
Mitali thanks for your wishful thinking. Canadestin and Spicy, I agree with your idea and have sent as much info as I could possibly get hold of especially since I terminated my service in 2007 and it was quite tough accumulating proof.
I believe the detailed explanation letter from myself and the employer confirming the experience are solid grounds for approval.
Rejection based on lack of information is unheard of. Inability to correctly verify employment details by an employer could be due to a lot of things. Like in my case, my employer did not have access to the file at the time of the call. So, he randomly quoted some dates...(OOPS)
For further enquiry they should ideally be calling me for an interview for which I am prepared.
