Got PPR - My UAE visa is on Expired Passport, is this also needs to be submitted with New Passport?

I have got PPR, my question is I have to submit passports to Abu Dhabi office of Canadian Embassy.
My passport is renewed, but visa sticker is on old passport, so I bind both passports, and use both for travelling. Do I have to submit both passport to Abu Dhabi office of Canadian Embassy, or only new need to submit?

Won't they look for my UAE visa in case if I will send only new passport?
Urgent help is required.

Submit both stapled together !
This is not an issue. If you are submitting at VFS Global, they will do what is needed ! Providing passport with valid visa is not an issue.
