i have transfer the funds on 13/11/2013 and got the swift copy by 14th but have'nt yet received the certificate.
should we have send the swift copy to scotia bank.
is anyone with the same problem pls help
i called few numbers they said that they have recieved the funds
29 nov is the last date for visa application.

pls help delay is killing

If they have received the fund then dont worry. They will issue a GIC by Tuesday. If in case u dont receive ur GIC by 28 Nov then apply visa vd swift copy on 29 Nov .

Ielts=7.0

My advisor tells me that i can submit visa up ill the 6th of December is this true.?

Im in a similar predicament waiting for GIC and she tells me that dont worry u have time untill the 6th.

hmmm... not sure though, as my advisors told me to apply before 28thNov so as to be on safer side

hmmm... it depends on how many files r submitted for GIC certi.
The usual time period is 7-12 working days, and if lucky then 5 days

yes u can proceed without ur GIC certi as mentioned by others, i.e. by submitting swift copy of GIC payment from bank u paid from.
I am also doing the same process.
