Hello,

I'm from Philippines. Im the Principal appicant and my sponsor is my husband who is a PR in Canada and we dont have a child .

Q1) When I fill the IMM 0008(ENU_2D or DEP) form, what do input as answer for Question 3 ?

Q2) Do I need to mention other members of my family who are not accompanying me in IMM 0008(ENU_2D or DEP) in this form, like my father, mother, sister, brother as "my family" or does info about them go into another form/place ?

question number 3 in the form - how many family members will i put?

Dependents are your children. You will not have any dependents to declare. Your family members will be listed in the Additional Family Information form.

You have to put 1 if you got no children (dependents). You spouse (sponsor) is not included.

Sponsor doesn’t have to fill Schedule A. Only you, PA.
