Hello everyone:

I applied by AIP on August 1, 2023
CBSA - Feb 6, 2024 (Comprehensive SS)
CSIS - I do not see anything related to this in my GCMS notes
With dependants
The permit will expire in Sep 2026
I am hoping to get my PR before the expiration date, I am planning to request another GCMS notes or contact IRCC to get some news because this Feb will be a year since SS started

What do you guys think?

You dont need consent form please. it is only needed if a representative is requesting on your behalf or if you have dependent and need information about the dependent to fully reflect on the note being requested.

Yes they are different.
I applied for CBSA with same consent form as IRCC and after two weeks, ATIP employee send me the email and asks me to fill the correct form.

Interesting, perhaps that is why I am yet to get both CBSA & CSIS notes I ordered since October 1, 2024. I used the IRCC consent forms and got only the IRCC notes but still awaiting the CBSA & CSIS till date. Thanks for the info, I will review and reorder. Regards

I applied for the CSIS notes on September 5th so hopefully I'll get those soon. In the tracker, the background verification was changed to "In Progress" in February so it's already been 9 months for me. I have no military experience, government jobs and have minimal travel history. So, I don't think they get it done within 9 months even for very simple cases.
