Hello,
I am silent observer of this thread and I have a question:
I have applied under FSW1 category and my visa office is buffalo and received my 2nd AOR in JUNE 2010.
In July, I got new job but the problem is, I have not informed the Buffalo visa office till date. So, Is it advisable to inform the visa office or will it be a negative impact on my file?

Now I think that I will send them the info about my new job, but do you think that I should also send an explanation letter stating the reason for the delay? If yes, what should I mention in that?
No need to write any explanation regarding the late update, just mention that u moved to another company on July2010 and u have enclosed the relieving letter from previous employer and the new job offer letter where u r currently working.
Also there wouldn't be any problem if u r planning to apply for visitor visa.
hope this helps
