Have you got File number? If yes choose Immigration File Number as Identification Type.
If doesn't work may be you can inform your Visa office that file number doesn't work.

hi we have the same situation still I cannot access my ecas its been 5 months since I applied to buffalo but until now I haven't received anything from them so I called up my bank to asked for a copy of check and file no, they gave me the file no. but ecas doesn't work i've tried many times but until now still i cannot access.....
