How long does it take to get 2nd AOR from Buffalo office.

There are still about half of us who are awaiting their new file numbers.
It seems new updates are getting slow.

For the ones whose ECAS status is
"Received by VO" and have received their 2nd AOR, it may take several months for the next update.
However we still have about 20 teammates awaiting their 2nd AOR's including me.
I wonder why no update news coming so far from them!?!?!!
Still waiting London are so slow no ecas change still saying eligibility review complete and no AOR come on London pull your fingers out !!!
