Just an update. Yesterday I received an email from my agent requesting for MR from London Office. The date of MR from LVO was 17-Aug-2012 and 60 days were given to comply the medicals. I am yet to receive the original forms by Sept as I am still away from Middle East.
I am very happy. I hope all will receive theirs soon too.
