i think , clear cut cases with MI-1 RFV docs pending group and 2nd AOR upto August have received MR.
next wave, which i anticipate in January 1st week only ( based on the recent GCMS of some, application assignment data ) will be for MI1-RFV docs pending with 2nd AOR Sep-Oct-Nov (dec/jan too , based on the no.of)
but finalization may not occur within 1 year of medical tests and some of us may have to re-do medicals or just have a month's notice to complete landing !!
Ps. (For those of you who dont know what MI-1 RFV Docs pending and MI-1 Docs Pending , request you to search the forum, thanks )
Very Right but a slight addition.... it is MR for applications having 2nd AoR till Sept 2010... I have seen many applicants in this forum getting MR with 2nd AoR in Sept 2010.
Also if you can confirm that the people who got MR are having MI-1 RFV Docs Pending in their GCMS/CAIPS since i read somewhere in the forum that RFV = Requires Further Verification & people having just MI-1 Docs Pending will get processed first.
Although I was happy since I had MI-1 RFV Docs Pending in my GCMS & I thought that it means Ready for Visa, but now there is so much confusion & i think i will have to provide some more docs & clarifications to NDVO assuming it as Requires Further Verification.
Whats about those guys who already got mr does they have MI1-RFV status?

I am not critisizing you but I would like to say that probably it's your personal whim that NDVo sending MR's following 2nd AOR . I think they are sending MR's based upon Inatial Appplication Date to CIO .They have completed application upto March 2010 however some of the left over applicants from Jan -Feb 2010 can receive MR's in coming months.
Many of my freinds including me are April 2010 applicants having 2nd AOR Sept 2010 but not anyone of us received MR on 8th Nov 2012.
So they are following MR's based on Intial Application date . This is my own oponion but I am not any expert any senior member can share their comments .

CHC has very clearly specified in their emails saying the files progress in a queue in an order on the date it was received along with the payment !
its difficult to say , if they mean at CIC or full documents at CHC.
But from what we have learnt over 2+ years of waiting that it could mean either and cant trust CIC/CHC with anything , although I personally believe, its based on 2nd AOR and if its straightforward application/case.
as for RFV , here is another argument that it could be ready for visa, the applicants caips says FILE APPEARS RFV ( they say file appears ready for visa makes more sense than file appears requires further verification'
the only way this could have been established is the people who got MR, had applied for GCMS and could advise us if their group was RFV or not before MR...sadly, no update from them as many have not applied for GCMS..
