Effective July 1st, 2012, Citizenship and Immigration Canada will place a temporary pause on new applications to the Federal Skilled Worker Program (FSWP) and federal Immigrant Investor Program (IIP).
I also got back my E-cas where I can see address along with UNCHANGED IP date. I had applied on April 24 2010 but the IP Date is on May 7. Hopefully, NDVO will send MR within a couple of months.

Dear rawaljignesh82, in my observation people got initial processing date on the basis of time they send full document to Visa office. There is four months time period to send doc to VO. If one send within one month his initial processing date is faster then who send document in 3rd or 4th month. But timeline indicates MR is send on the basis of date of application received by Nova Scotia. Thus in many cases there is ecas disappearance and reappeared with change in initial process date. After moratorium in FSW application, ecas was regained without any changes because what to do and in which line or method is unclear even to concerned authority in VO. In my case my IP is March but if timeline is forcasted on the basis of trend, I should be the last person to get MR as i am eve of June applicant.

I am also able to see my status and this time they have added my address too which was missing. They haven't change anything in my ecas as it was before.
Thanks and good luck to MR receivers.
