Dear Freinds

I sent my full docs to New Delhi VO through ondot couier on 16th Sept 2010 , it was delivered on 20th Sept 2010.

NOC Code : 0111
Visa Office : New Delhi
ECAS : Eligibility Review complete by CIO ( it was as before sending docs) Refereing to this topic , I have noticed that Applicats who send their docs get their ststus chaged on ECAS showing " Received by VO " in 2-3 dyas time.

I am little bit worrried as my ECAS is same as before.

Please help me out.

My observation is, ND VO may take 10 -15 days to sent 2nd AOR.So this month last or next week last you receive your 2nd AOR with new immigration file number after few days only they update the same in the website.That's what i have heard from many.So dont worry.We all will pray for u.

Hey guys, just being curious as I wait for my 1st AOR (I am a May applicant) and gathering all the docs meanwhile....which forms did you guys send with the full docs? The post-June 26 ones (they dont seem to exist anymore) or the xerox copies of the ones send to the CIO? Did you put in fresh signatures if its the latter case? Thanks!

Hi mave,
i have send the copies of application which i had send to CIO.If your going to sent a new application with any updates then you must mention in the cover letter and let the VO know about the changes you had made.

Hi Anu....the status for people whose docs were received by CHC will be something like "Received by Visa officer"...Review status is from CIO. Please double check

Thanks Anu/Rajesh....also, guess you put fresh signatures in those copies? I have to double check, but I think I xeroxed them after I had my signatures on them..sounds like trouble? Please advice!

I think you have to have a fresh signature only on one of the forms. Cant quite recollect which it was.
Kindly cross check with seniors and others.

i have checked my status online today and i found following

We received your application for permanent residence on March 24, 2010.

We reviewed your application and sent you a letter on May 25, 2010. Please consider delays in mail delivery before contacting us.

Your application and supporting documents were received by the New Delhi office. They are pending review.

We transferred your application to the New Delhi office on June 1, 2010. The New Delhi office may contact you.

Visa Office has received my full docs on 13th sep. What is file transfer?

And i haven't received letter yet with new file no. how many days it will take?
