What i feel is E-Case are not being updated & we feel that CHC is not working, but if we take the Case of ASH_1967, He got his visa stamped but still showing in-process................

I think you are right, even my case the ECAS has not been updated about my second AOR. I had to write to them to get my AOR details and in that mail I was informed that my case is pending with VO. My brother filed around same time his status is updated so I guess they are over loaded and updating ECAS is last on their agenda. Once we see April guys get their Medical calls by next week then we will get to know if they are on time or getting delayed. I am just enjoying the wait as this is much easier than the wait to get a new job in canada ;D
The instruction is to consider all docs sent in one package. There are instances in past where VO have entertained IELTS and police report at a later date but looking at some recent cases VO have been really strict
I can not say anything for sure, but I really hope he accepts your docs. There is no harm in sending the doc but please keeep in mind that it is VO discretion to accept it or not

Also you need to send only Notarized copy of Employment contract. Original of reference letter and notarized of FD will work or you can get a bank statement which shows your FDs
: No change .. In next 2 days the 90 days window will end for all April Applicants. Ours will end in next 30 days. In August we should expect some movement going forward in the April section. Come September, all be ready for medicals. In the mean time enjoy the rains
They will ask for the additional docs if need be. But they have mentioned that any change should be intimated to them so in my opinion you should send the updated info to VO
