Hi All, Badly need your advise on how to sent the complete set of documents to New Delhi visa office. I want to know which address I need to use, which courier service or other mailing services to use.

CHANAKYAPURI
NEW DELHI, INDIA - 110021

I checked with Blue dart courier guys and they said they need a contact name and phone number of the person receiving the courier, and we don't have these details. Member who already sent the courier please help me , kindly let me know which courier service used, what is the complete address if different from above.

hi swaru, u need not to confuse. just delete the post box number from the address ad send it to embassy. sender name is Canadian high commission and u dont need to provide a phone no. its a embassy and not any personal address, so no phone no is reqd. also at the bottom left corner of envelope u write ur address and phone number. no need of embassy phone number. this is the way i send it. hope it helps

Hi All,
My consultancy is advising me to deposit RPRF at their office(they ll send it to CHC) and to send Passport by courier to CHC directly by me.But as per CHC letter these r to b sent in a single pack.I dont have much trust on my agent.Pls advise wad to do.

The above address is for Speed Post. You can use this address (without Post Box number ) if you want to send the documents through any reliable courier. You can send your pack either through courier or speed post. I had send my pack through DTDC they deliver the pack 2nd or hardly 3rd day. you can view the status of you pack on DTDC website after dispach.
