It is not possible to conduct Medicals in advance. There is a stage in Process when Medicals are required and requested by CHC and to best of my knowledge same can not be influenced. Also once you submit the passports, you should give CHC time of around 40 days to return them
The best course though would be to raise a query at the following link and get the answer from CHC directly

As far as my knowledge, It is not possible to go for meds before they ask..... Moreover, they won't issue a ref letter to go for meds before processing ur application...... Your spouse gotta manage with his work when meds are requested.... However, CHC gives min. 45 days of time to get meds done....

the second last line of ur message says you got the medicals yesterday.....
Do u mean that ur status is still RBVO and you got medical request?
