sharmila sister, dhanyabad tapai lai, actually mailey chahi Nov, 4 ma apply gareko ho ani file transfer date 20 january 2010 ho, tesai karan. mero september ma status change bhako ho.... chinta na grno hos..... tapai ko turn october ma aunu parney ho......... karan now those who submitted file in april and docs requested was , in the month of january their status is being changed to in process....... and urs i think is submitted in april and docs requested was in april..... so u can calculate ur turn.... ur turn must be somewhere around last oct or first week of nov..... so be relaxed...

  When status changes into 'inprocess' before Medical request or after.....my status is RBVO even after 4.5 months.

Usually it changes to "In Process" before medicals... and 4.5 months is nothing buddy, here, we have been waiting for almost 5.5 months and it is still RBVO

Does the Employment related verifications by CHC takes place before the Ecas status changes to "in-process" or after ?

It depends....

Usually it happens during eligibility review stage but, during processing also it can happen if VO has a doubt on your experience docs
