2day i cheked with my consultant. They have received medicals for couple of candidates who applied during second week of April. I guess things are slowly moving on track.
hi ALL ...................i asked my lawyer about sudden delay by CHC ND as compare to earlier months ,,,,,,,,,,i asked whether it due to load of study visas..................this is his reply.........
"THe processing of federal class is taking longer not due to the Student Visa applications. As processing of Student Visa's is done by different unit not economic unit.
The reasons of delay is re-posting of staff around the world in month of August and September and the Immigration year end in September. Minister will present his report to Parliament in this session and a new targets for Visa will be issued. "
Guyz i am sick and tired of waiting for Tuesdays and getting dis-appointment every week....i am not going to check the ecas again.....agar aana hoga to ayega.....
I think my analysis is proving true... I was not very much sure when I had anylized that info but since, Benjamin got his ECAS changed today whose file wast transferred in Jan 2010 and full docs were reached to CHC, ND in end of April 2010..... This means since last week they have been processing April 2010 cases whose files were transferred in Jan 2010.... Now next week more ECAS may change whose files were transferred in Jan 2010 and Feb 2010....
prashant bhai .. i think next will be those who got docs request in Jan and February.. 1st and 2nd week... many are here in this forum whose status may change next week

Buddy, your status is IN PROCESS already so they might be doing background check on your call or some verification... It is hard to say but, tell me when did ur status change to IN PROCESS? you are a march applicant
