As per immigration Canada I am in IT, but my job doesnt exactly in IT. And I am not having AEO. I am just FSW2. AEO only apply to new jobs. I am going to stay in same job in which I have work permit as of now. So as per HRSDC I dont require AEO. Ironically I am in LMO exempted WP. So CHC ND is already confused with my case.

It might be confusing but not out of the world case. Actually I believe people who make immigration laws and various clauses thereunder are different from the one who implement it (visa officers). So it is obvious to get confused with such cases where you need to look into at least 3 different provisions of law and 3 different departments in government.
