My AOR is dated 27 april and I m too FSW2 so I am closely watching your case.

Anybody who submitted docs in the month of April 2010 and got status changed to "In Process" or received MEDICALS?

As per the lists seen in other threads, still March last week applicants are getting In Process status or Medicals....

What is the update?

So you are having AEO.... It means besides me and simon, you are the third person having AEO.....

Were you actually in Canada when you got AEO or you got it from here only.... I am asking this coz, ND has become little alert about AEO cases and they are verifying very closely.

i got it in 3 days i guess (working days)

i started loosing hope man, dont know what to do.

That is kinda quick.... See, they are slow to process the case but very quick to reply about cases... Funny eh?

Anyways, never loose hopes because when you loose hopes God even dont put interest in you

No, I dont have AEO. If you remember from my previous posts, they have asked additional doc in my case on 2 June that is copy of AEO. But it is not required for person already working in Canada and going to work for same employer. I am in IT exempted category so dont have LMO either.

I have gone thru all ur posts.

I can Feel the tension you guys r gng thru.

It is may be a test more critical than any 10th , bachelors, masters course exam.

I wish you ALL the veryyyyyyy best.....and may god give u wat u want and wen u want

.

It seems CHC ND takes 2-3 months to change the Status to "In Process"
after receiving the Full DOCS.

I sent mine on July 12.

I hv a query, can i give IELTS on Aug 5th and resubmit my TRF if I improve the scores.

The TRF i had sent is giving me 14 points.

Frnds pls comment.

And just Remain Optimistic, take gud diet, hang out, have fun, be at ease, meditate/worship.

First, thanks for your comments for the people of this forum.... See, the TRF you did submit awards you 14 points, which is good... now, if with this, you total points remain 67 or more then don't attempt IELTS again.... It's clearly mentioned in OP6 that a candidate needs to submit all documents at once however, if you'll send IELTS TRF again then officer would consider your new score but, additional documents may postpone the date of processing your application.....

Yeah its true that now a days CHC, ND starts processing after 3 months of submission of your full documents... In Fact most of the people in this thread have already elapsed 3 months of time yet there is no change on ECAS so, this simply means that this time is getting longer and longer..... If it goes like this then for May and June applicants this time would extend to 4 months or more....

All we can do is "Hope for the Best"

hi everybody in this forum,
i sent my full docs on 30th April, i think i am eligible to join this forum ?
my ECas still shows" Received by Visa office" i dont know what is the problem by now it should have been atleast "in process" .
my NOC in 4131 . so its frustrating
