I have a question...... If the PA is pregnant but still allows medical examination, that is X-rays
and stuff............could the pregnancy still be a ground for delay or rejection of visa?
Could the PA give birth in Canada if she wishes to?
Pregnancy can be cause of delay but not rejection as you may have to delay medicals
But if DMP thinks that meds can be completed in the current sitiation, no delays are forseen. Yes PA can deliver the baby in Canada provided that travel can be undertaken
these white people enjoys on holidays too much and wants to book all annual leave with this xmas.
New year is also approaching. If anyone of the final decision maker is on long holiday, it takes time.

how these people ask original document along with bank balance to hold for such long time? at least they should
return original document after verifications as soon as they receive file.
As said in the previous post...Delays are problematic for us.
PCC = will expire shortly.For a new one, would pose problems for me as I have relocated August 2010
IELTS= valid for one year
Original work experience docs= unable to apply elsewhere
And..this wait is becoming very stressful....Have nothing concrete...
Ohh..for a bolt of lightning...which would quicken things up!!
I wasnt allowed to gove medicals as my application for PR and medical forms contains PR whereas my Passport doesnt include my surname .
The dmp have asked me to get it add in my passport or either detele it from appication of PR and ask CHC to send me new medical papers.
My application for addition of surname in passport was rejected by passport officer last month as i have most of the govt records w/o surname. I have sent the letter to chc in this regard with some affidavits from my lawyer.
All other family members have completed thier medicals and it took 9 hrs as it was heavy rush of student visa applicants.
