I try calling ircc everday via textnow, but after entering all the details it says all the agents are busy each and everytime.
Does anyone face the same issue. What's the solution to this?

With the IRCC, during these times that we are living now, you should be very lucky to be able to talk to an agent.

Sure, capturing Kyiv would disallow NATO and the west from settling (and weaponizing) Russia's close proximity given that Putin can elect a new government there that's probably not Ukraine anymore but some Russia orbiter.
